I woke up feeling down, and decided to record a podcast (that day) describing what I did in response. I thought this could be helpful since I’m a psychologist and you can see how I used to deal with it, and how I’ve learned to respond differently now. And by the way, I stuck to this system and my mood returned to baseline within a couple of days. Remember, it’s okay to have down days. What’s important is how we respond to them.
